Addenda

The tenant must accept the building's regulations before signing the lease. This includes in particular the following rules:

a-Animals are not allowed;
b-The accommodation is non-smoking at all times, including tobacco, cannabis and vaping.
c-It is prohibited to cultivate marijuana and/or cannabis of any kind (medical or otherwise) in the house.
d-The tenant must provide proof of 2m liability insurance before occupation.
e-The tenant must provide proof of employment and financial capacity to pay the rent (such as a letter of employment including a salary).
f- An inventory will be made with photos when the keys are handed over and possession is taken.
An inventory must be made before the tenant's departure. The tenant will return the house to the condition received, except normal wear and tear. Any damage that is not normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the tenant.
g- No subletting or short-term rental (Airbnb type) will be authorized under any circumstances.
h- A deposit of $6900 is payable upon signing the lease.
